#GiveWithMichael
DONATE TODAY & DOUBLE THE IMPACT.
Following Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday . . . We have #GivingTuesday, a global day dedicated to giving back. On Tuesday, December 1, and throughout the month of December, we ask you to #GiveWithMichael.
When you #GiveWithMichael during December, Michael’s money will be used to match donations, allowing you to double the impact of your charitable giving.
Like many kids, Michael Mosier often received money for birthdays and holidays. Though Michael would want to race out and buy a new toy or game, we thought the money would mean more to him when he got older. Sadly, Michael never got a chance to grow up and spend his money. A week after his 6th birthday, Michael was diagnosed with a brain tumor known as DIPG, the most deadly form of childhood cancer. Michael bravely battled DIPG for 8.5 months before he passed away on May 17, 2015, a few months before his 7th birthday.
There are countless difficulties in dealing with the death of your child, and one is deciding what to do with their belongings. We think that Michael would want us to use his money to help other kids with DIPG, and we hope that you will Give With Michael.
Michael’s story, unfortunately, is not nearly as uncommon as you might think. Right now, there are hundreds of children who are battling against DIPG for their lives. DIPG most commonly impacts kids between 4 – 11 years old. Your healthy child can be deprived of the ability to walk, speak, and swallow in a matter of weeks. The survival rate is virtually zero, and most kids live only 9 months from diagnosis. Yet, in the face of these obstacles, these children display courage and strength that is nothing short of amazing. They inspire us every day, and they need us.
Despite the horrible statistics, there is very little money being spent to find a cure for DIPG. Finally, the researchers have real hope for progress, but we must give them the resources.
Our kids deserve better.
On this Giving Tuesday, and throughout December as you plan your charitable giving, join us in the fight against DIPG. So Michael’s savings will have the biggest impact possible, we will use his money to match donations made to the Michael Mosier Defeat DIPG Foundation, up to $10,000.
Please make a donation for Michael to match. When you #GiveWithMichael, your donation will have double the impact in the fight against DIPG. DONATE TODAY, and help us to save these kids’ lives.

Michael
Join us and #GiveWithMichael because kids like six-year-old Michael deserve options and hope for survival. Instead, Michael survived only 8.5 months from diagnosis with a disease that stole his motor functions one-by-one. Now is the time to make an impact on this disease by donating to support promising research projects aimed at finding treatments and a cure.
