We are delighted to announce that, for a second year, Maryland Governor Larry Hogan has issued a proclamation to establish May 17th, as DIPG Awareness Day. This historic step is an important measure to recognize and honor the many children lost by this devastating childhood brain cancer. We thank Governor Hogan for his leadership in establishing this awareness day in Maryland.
To mark this occasion, there will be a gathering at the Maryland State House on TUESDAY, MAY 2, 2017, at 4:30 pm. We will assemble on the State House steps in Annapolis to greet the Governor and thank him for his support of kids fighting DIPG.
